I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in the treatment of adolescents and adults. In addition to my private practice, I am a psychologist at the Massachusetts General Hospital an Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School, and a candidate at Boston Psychoanalytic Society and Institute.

I graduated from Brandeis University summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa with degrees in philosophy and psychology. I then went on to train in the clinical science doctoral program of Temple University under world-renowned leaders in the research and treatment of anxiety. I completed my pre-doctoral internship at Columbia University Medical Center and my fellowship in the University of Pennsylvania Health System.

I have extensive experience in cognitive behavioral, mindfulness-based, dialectical behavioral, and psychodynamic psychotherapies and my research is focused on understanding the predictors and mechanisms of treatments in an effort to improve their outcomes. I am the recipient of national clinical awards from various institutions including the American Psychological Association, the Anxiety and Depression Association of America, the Beck Institute and the American Psychoanalytic Association.
